I was never made to do it the conventional way.

I followed the ‘good girl’ path I thought I was supposed to. I built the 7-figure marketing agency. I achieved the success. I ticked every box that was meant to lead to fulfilment. But inside, I felt numb. Burnt out. Disconnected from who I really was.

I was over-working, over-performing, and constantly trying to meet expectations that weren’t mine. I could feel something deeper inside me, something more alive, but I didn’t know how to access it.

That moment of burnout wasn’t the end. It was the beginning.

I realised that real power doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from being more of who you truly are. From reconnecting to your body. From returning to your truth. From leading with your feminine. That’s what I support women to do. 

My work is for  those who are ready to lead, live, and grow in a way that actually feels good. 

I draw on modalities including breathwork, kundalini activation, energy work, shadow work, somatic and embodiment practices, manifestation, and mindset work. I am also a Certified IIN Health Coach.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about returning to who you’ve always been. Fully expressed. Fully alive. And finally free.
